Every day, I see people struggling unnecessarily because they believe their happiness depends on something or someone else changing. They feel powerless, convinced that their happiness is on hold until their circumstances improve.

I used to feel the exact same way – I would constantly wish my husband, kids, other family members, the weather, my weight, my home, my finances and so many other things would change, so that I could feel better.

But no matter what I wished for, no one ever behaved the way I wanted, and trying to control everyone and everything left me exhausted. I ended up feeling miserable and completely powerless.

I wasted so much time thinking about things I wished were different, most of which I had no control over - and I moaned and complained to other people A LOT!!

Then I came across coaching and life finally became easier and simple!

Coaching taught me how to take control of how I was feeling and behaving, no matter what was going on. I learned to stop trying to control others and simply allow them to be themselves.

I took full responsibility for how I was feeling, letting go of blaming others for my emotions. Instead of numbing my feelings with food, TV, alcohol, or buying yet another thing from Amazon, I learned how to process my feelings.

I began trusting myself and I started making decisions quickly and confidently. I stopped procrastinating, stopped people-pleasing, and started putting myself first.

I stopped criticising myself and learned how to notice my negative thoughts and question them rather than just accepting them as the truth.

I felt empowered, in control, and unstoppable!
